Sports Physical Therapy

The Athletic Performance Assessment at Fortis is a comprehensive, data-driven evaluation designed to identify movement inefficiencies, injury risk factors, and sport-specific performance needs. Each assessment combines detailed movement analysis with advanced VALD performance testing, including force plate analysis and hand-held dynamometry, to objectively measure strength, power, asymmetries, and force production.

This information allows our clinicians to pinpoint limitations that may contribute to injury or limit performance, and to establish clear baselines for rehabilitation or training.
